PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bill storage/delivery device, not causing a jam or fixing the fold even when a fold is caused on the trailing end of a bill. SOLUTION: This bill storage/delivery device includes: a first take-up reel taking up only a tape and a second take-up reel taking up the tape and a bill together with the bill held between the tapes, wherein the tape is taken up and rewound between the reels, thereby storing and delivering the bill. The device is provided with a bill presser always pressed and energized in the axial direction of the second take-up reel shaft and having a turning fulcrum for guiding substantially both ends of the bill in storing the bill, and a separating means for separating the bill presser in the axial direction of the second take-up reel shaft against the pressing and energizing.
