PURPOSE: A business logic dispersion system and a method therefor are provided to disperse a plurality of business logics to multiple processes with considering the total number of gateways and the total number of processes, thereby efficiently dispersing business logics while improving performance of a system. CONSTITUTION: A business logic dispersion/management server(110) distributes communication equipments(400) to gateways(300) having configuration information equal to detailed information including installation nodes by communication equipments, and disperses business logics related to the distributed communication equipments to the corresponding processes through an operation process considering the number of processes by gateways and the total number of the gateways(300). A database management server(120) manages databases(121,122,123) storing the configuration information by gateways, the detailed information by communication equipments, and all kinds of information related to business logic dispersion.
