<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency report system which is different from a conventional one having problem that an informer must report his address, the condition of a patient and the like to a fire station by word of mouth, the spot arrival of an ambulance is often delayed because the informer can not accurately explain necessary items in a situation of disorder and the like and because of a vocal information, doctor's question, preliminary diagnose to the patient, proper patient lifesaving instruction to the informer from the fire station, and selection of the accommodating hospital before the arrival of a ambulance is difficult, and constituted so as to be capable of early and accurately performing doctor's question or prognostic test of the patient before the ambulance arrives, issuing an accurate lifesaving command to the informer and determining the optimum hospital for a short time corresponding to the patient's family hospital or the condition of a disease. <P>SOLUTION: This system comprises a patient's terminal for emergency information at the time of occurrence of emergency, a fire station terminal for receiving emergency information and a emergency hospital reserving system for controlling the address and fundamental data of the patient and the real time accommodation situation of a hospital, determining the accommodation hospital of the patient according to the condition of the patient and the accommodation situation of the hospital and reserving an emergency hospital and a hospital terminal for informing the accommodation situation of the hospital to receive reservation. The respective terminals have communication means for the communication of the patient, the fire station and the hospital by an image and a sound.
