<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk having high design characteristics and convenient for user for handling and to provide a manufacturing method of the same. <P>SOLUTION: In the optical disk, the recording and reproduction of information are performed by irradiation with a laser beam, and is formed by sticking another substrate onto the pit formation surface or recording layer of a substrate on which the pits or the recording layer is formed.
