SCREEN PRINTING METHOD AND SCREEN PRINTING EQUIPMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly fill a paste matter equivalent to ink in pits in a screen mask in a screen printing method and screen printing equipment for printing on a printing medium by the screen mask. SOLUTION: The screen printing method comprises a process for holding the printing medium on a printing base; a process for setting the screen mask opposite to the held printing medium with a gap; a process for bringing the screen mask into line contact with the printing medium by pressing a heated squeegee against the screen mask via paste; and a process for transferring the paste to the printing medium by moving the heated squeegee in a direction crossing the contact direction so as to shift the contact position of the printing medium with the screen mask .
