PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing-cleaning implement for carrying out cleaning and washing simultaneously, easily cleaning a corner part and unevenness of a cleaned body and stably supplying water. SOLUTION: This washing-cleaning implement is composed of a water flow body 1 formed of a flexible, water impermeable hose or the like, and an almost sheet cleaning body 2 having water permeability and flexibility such as a dishcloth, towel or floorcloth which combines washing and cleaning, and connected to the tip of the water flow body 1 integrally or to be integral. In the cleaning body 2, a water conveying part 3 formed in permeable hose shape, and an almost sheet-like flexible wiping cloth 4 which combines washing and cleaning, are formed as separate bodies and connected by inserting the water conveying part 3 in a bag-like charging part 5 provided on the surface of the wiping cloth 4.
