PURPOSE: A washing method of a washing machine used for dry is provided to dry naturally the laundry in a short time at the degree of dryness of 55¯70% with a gradual dewatering and hot-wind dry and to loosen the twisted laundry. CONSTITUTION: A washing method of a washing machine used for dry is composed of steps for setting a washing pattern if a washing course is selected(D10); removing filth of the laundry by rotating a washing tub after supplying the water and detergent according to the set washing pattern(D20); rinsing the laundry by feeding the water according to the set washing pattern(D30); rotating the washing tub at high speed and dewatering the laundry by centrifugal force if a standard course is selected(D40); drying completely the laundry by supplying the hot wind into the washing tub if a full dry course is selected(D50); and dewatering gradually the laundry by using the centrifugal force and hot wind, and loosening the laundry alternately for the dewatering if a semi-dry course is selected(D60).
