PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide roentgenographic equipment which enables an efficient radiation of heat with respect to different setting forms, standing or lying in position while satisfying the regulation of the temperature in the contact with the subject. SOLUTION: In the roentgenographic equipment which has an X-ray plane detector and electric parts for driving the X-ray plane detector or processing the signals of the X-ray plane detector therein, the first heat radiation path is arranged to guide the heat generated from the electric parts to a part of the exterior of the roentgenographic equipment, the second heat radiation path to guide the heat generated from the electric parts to the exterior at the position different from the above site and a heat radiation path switching means to selectively switch the stream of the heat over to the first heat radiation path or the second heat radiation path.
