JIG APPARATUS FOR FIXING PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD, CAPABLE OF ACCURATELY ALIGNING HORIZONTAL SURFACE OF PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD DURING SOLDERING

PURPOSE: A jig apparatus is provided to prevent warpage of a printed circuit board and faults and failures in soldering, by accurately aligning the horizontal surface of the print circuit board during soldering. CONSTITUTION: A jig apparatus(100) comprises a jig body(10) having a slide plate(20) accommodated therein; a locking lever connected to an end of the jig body such that the locking lever compulsorily transfers the slide plate, wherein the locking lever has a rod stopper(11d) for preventing the locking lever from being loosened; a bottom plate(30) fixed at a bottom of the jig body so as to support the slide plate; and a plurality of level pins(40) arranged on a top surface of the bottom plate and protruded from a top surface of the jig body, penetrating through the slide plate. Upward movements of the level pins are limited by protrusions formed in the jig body. The level pins are fixed by the slide plate which is transferred by the rotation of the locking lever.
