A slide deck plate allowing the length thereof to be adjusted according to various intervals in a slab forming area and capable of being recycled and converted without fixing the deck plate at the time of slab construction and a slab construction method using the slide deck plate, the slide deck plate comprising a first sheet metal deck plate having an upper surface forming a temporary floor surface and a second sheet metal deck plate having an upper surface forming a temporary floor surface, wherein both deck plates are connected to each other so that the connected length thereof can be adjusted by a connected length adjusting mechanism.
