<p>The invention deals with method of farm animals' disposal as a consequence of infectious contagion, particularly by the foot-and-mouth disease and BSE (a mad cow disease) communicable with human, by using portable plasma gasifying apparatus. Temporarily the animals affected by the said diseases are disposed in cafileries, but this method is inconvenient from the reason of transporting the affected animals, which can and does cause the spreading of contagion further from the center of inception. The said insufficiencies can be solved by the portable plasma gasifying apparatus used for disposal of the animals affected by the infectious contagion. The principle of this apparatus rests in the processing of material by displaying it to the gas in a plasma reactor at the temperature of 1000 °C - 5000 °C. At temperature of this level, independently on the elementary pressure, it comes to the deterioration of biological material into simple gas compounds. Safe disposal of viruses and other pathogens is secured by the high temperature and UV radiation. Highly combustible pyrolysis gas is a vapour product, useful as co-generation with fuel. Inert compound unable to be gassed and their volume does not normally exceed a few percent of the original volume, create a liquid phase on the bottom of the reactor, a slag.</p> |
