The method involves defining conditions controlling access authorization, and sending coordinates of a mobile terminal of a third party to an access control center. An access data is generated by the center according to a resource and the conditions. The data is sent to the terminal to permit the terminal to be identified by an access control device associated to the resource for authorizing access of the party to the resource. An independent claim is also included for a system for allocating authorization to access a resource.
