METHOD FOR ISSUING CERTIFICATE THROUGH INTERNET USING 2D BARCODE TECHNOLOGY AND ELECTRONIC SIGN TECHNOLOGY

PURPOSE: A method for issuing a certificate through the Internet using a 2D(Dimensional) barcode technology and an electronic sign technology is provided to issue an electronic certificate having validity by generating the electronic certificate including certificate contents and the 2D barcode, after electronically signing entire certificate contents and generating the 2D barcode. CONSTITUTION: If a certificate issuance request is received from a civil applicant system, the certificate contents are configured(S205). The certificate contents are electronically signed by receiving a public key certificate from a certification authority(S206). The certificate contents and the electronic sign are transformed to the 2D barcode. An original copy confirmation code for the certificate is assigned to the civil applicant system(S207). The electronic certificate including the original copy confirmation, the 2D barcode, and the certificate contents is issued to the civil applicant system(S210).
