PURPOSE: A tongue fixing structure of a rear seat belt for a vehicle is provided to stably place tongues without protrusion, and quickly and easily perform the fixing and separation of the tongues. CONSTITUTION: A placing unit(62) is formed at the bottom of a cover member(60) for covering a retractor installed at a roof panel. First and second tongues(40,50) are horizontally placed on the placing unit. First and second fitting holes(65) are formed at both vertical walls of the placing unit. The ends of the first and second tongues are inserted into the first and second fitting holes, respectively.
