<p>A swirl type fluid atomizing nozzle (1), comprising a hollow body (2) having a gas outlet (201) opened to the front thereof and a gas inlet (202) opened to the side thereof and a hollow member (3) inserted into the body (2) from the rear side and having, therein, a fluid passage allowing a front fluid outlet (301) to communicate with a rear fluid inlet (316). A gas passage (7) allowing the gas inlet (202) to communicate with the gas outlet (201) is demarcated between the body (2) and the member (3), a turning groove (304) generating turning swirl flow at the front of the fluid outlet (301) in association with the body (2) is formed in the front end outer periphery of the member (3), and the turning swirl flow crushes and atomizes the fluid jetted from the fluid outlet (301). The body (2) and the member (3) are formed of a fluororesin, fluororesin flow passage structural members (5, 15) and (4, 4A) are fitted to the gas inlet (202) and the fluid inlet (316), and the fitted parts are fixed and sealed by welding so that the inner peripheral surfaces (15a, 403a) of the flow passage structural members fixed to the gas inlet (202) and the liquid inlet (316) are continuously made flush with the inner peripheral surfaces (7a, 8a) of the gas passage (7) and the fluid passage (8) on the nozzle (1) side. Thus, since a recessed part and a screw part allowing fluid-contained substance to be adhered and stacked thereinto are absent in the fluid lead-in passage of the nozzle (1), impurities do not mix in sprayed fluid particles.</p> |
