This patent relates to the manufacturing process of a self-crimping filament yarn, especially to a yarn and extrusion process of a composite made of two molten materials comprised of same polyester polymers. A composite filament is formed by the process of extruding two fibre-forming molten polyester materials, each of which is following at different speed, forming a composite by gathering in parallel the two above mentioned materials, then cooling rapidly the composite.
