FIELD: chemistry of chelate compounds, chemical technology. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for preparing ethylenediaminetetraacetate copper (II) monohydrate relating to chelate compounds of metals with organic substances. Product obtained by this method can be used for protection of equipments against corrosion in petroleum extracting and petroleum processing industry, for preparing electrolytes in chemical and galvanic copper plating, for control of sulfate-reducing microorganisms in systems of water supply return, as a fungicide and copper microfertilizer in agriculture, as a trace element supplement to polyvitamin preparations for animal fodders, for preparing other chelates of copper (II) with ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid. Ethylenediaminetetraacetate copper (II) monohydrate is prepared by crystallization form solution at pH 0.5-3.0 obtained by mixing copper (II) salt solution with the copper plating spent solution based on Trilon B taken in the amount providing the mole ratio ethylenediaminetetraacetate : copper (II) = 1.0 : (0.5-10.0). Copper (II) salt aqueous solutions, etching printing boards spent solutions or galvanic copper plating spent solutions can be used as copper (II) salt solution. The proposed method provides preparing ethylenediaminetetraacetate copper (II) monohydrate, reducing cost, retaining purity of product and simultaneous utilization of waste in radioelectronic production. Invention provides reducing consumptions for preparing ethylenediaminetetraacetate copper (II) and utilization of waste in manufacturing. ^ EFFECT: improved preparing method. ^ 6 cl, 8 ex |
