The valve (100) has an injection hole (170) opened and shut by a valve (180) moving in a direction of axis line for providing turn power to fuel injected from the injection hole. The center axis line of the injection hole is inclined by a fixed deflection angle with respect to center axis line of the valve. A step difference is formed on the pointed end of the injection hole. INDEPEDENT CLAIMS are also included for the following: (a) a cylinder injection type internal combustion engine (b) a method of manufacturing a fuel injection valve with an injection hole.
