The device (10) comprises a fixed body (12), a pinching element (14) comprising first (14A) and second (14B) pinching branches, mounted in the fixed body (12) such that it is moveable between a first rest position and a reinforced position, means (16) for elastic recoil of the pinching element (14) in the rest position, and means (18) for locking the pinching element (14) in a reinforced position, countering the recoil force of the pinching element (14) and being releasable with the aid of a manoeuvring element (20) which can be activated by a user. The device (10) also comprises means (32) for blocking the pinching branches (14A, 14B) in a clamped position, said means being active during the course of displacement of the pinching element (14) between the reinforced and rest positions without the need for the use to maintain an action on the manoevring element (20). |
