An anti-inflammatory analgesic adhesive patch which has an excellent anti- inflammatory analgesic effect and is reduced in unpleasant irritant feeling during wear. It is characterized by containing, as active ingredients, benzocaine and an ingredient having a counter-irritation effect, wherein the ingredient having a counter-irritation effect comprises one or more members selected from the group consisting of 1-menthol, dl-menthol, dl-camphor, d- camphor, methyl salicylate, glycol salicylate, peppermint oil, eucalyptus oi l, capsaicin, capsicum extract, and nonylic acid vanillamide and the benzocaine is contained in an amount of 0.5 to 20 wt.%.
