PURPOSE: A traffic information and wireless internet service system using a registration number of a WINC(Wireless Internet Numbers of Contents) domain and location information of a mobile phone capable of improving user convenience is provided to reduce a menu hearing procedure by using a specific number or code number as a registration number. CONSTITUTION: A terminal(10) stores traffic information on a database(20). A mobile phone(30) connects to a WINC. A WAP(Wireless Application Protocol) server(40) connects to the mobile phone. A mobile communication provider's server(50) provides location information. A database(60) stores audio information of an originating number. A telephone information server(70) connects to the mobile phone. A WINC domain address is in form of (access number#registration number). The registration number is used as a road number. When a user accesses, the traffic information is provided to the mobile phone.
