PURPOSE: A bidirectional transceiver module having a reflector is provided to reduce a degradation of a reflection ratio due to a positional change of a reflection surface by manufacturing a reflector using metal vaporization. CONSTITUTION: A bidirectional transceiver module(200) includes an input waveguide(234), a reflector(204) having a reflection hole and a reflection layer, an output waveguide(232), and a coupling waveguide. The input waveguide receives an optical signal. The reflection hole is formed by using a photolithographic operation for the hole to be extended from an end of the bidirectional transceiver module to the coupling waveguide. The reflection layer is formed on a bottom surface of the reflection hole. The output waveguide outputs the optical signal reflected from the reflector. The coupling waveguide transfers the optical signal inputted from the input waveguide to the reflector and outputs the optical signal reflected from the reflector to the output waveguide.
