摘要 FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a method of normalization of pipes in the through-type roller furnaces and. The method is dealt with the field of metallurgical production and may be used in production of cold resistant, gas-lift pipes and the pipes requiring increased impact elasticity; in installations using pilger seamless-tube mills directly in the production process. The technical result is realization of normalization of the pipes of different grade-dimension-types in the through-type roller furnaces in the production process without fulfillment of preliminary experimental operations. The pipes are heated up to the given temperature at the speed of its motion in the furnaces equal to: V = 0.03 L / c S(D-S) ò Tfm - Tpi / Tgh where: L - length of the furnace, m; - heat conductivity, kc / (m.h.0C); c - heat conductivity, kc / (kg.degree); - density, kg / m3; S - thickness of a pipe wall, m; D - a diameter of a pipe, m; Tfm - maximum temperature in the furnace, ; Tpi - initial temperature of a pipe in front of the furnace, ; Tgh - the given reheat temperature, ; V - speed of the pipe motion in the furnace, m / min. At that the last two zones of the furnace have a temperature equal to the given reheat temperature of the pipe heating. ^ EFFECT: the invention allows to realize normalization of the pipes of different grade-dimension-types in the through-type roller furnaces without any preliminary experimental operations. ^ 2 cl
