FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, equipment for sowing of cereal crops in arid climate zones with strong winds. ^ SUBSTANCE: drill has frame with carrier drive wheels, working tools for breaking of soil crust, and double-disk shanks. Working tools for breaking of soil crust are made in the form of two continuous disks arranged in parallel with one another. Hoe with moldboards is positioned rearward of disks and covering devices are positioned rearward of shanks. Shanks are installed so as to follow working tool tracks for breaking of soil crust. ^ EFFECT: increased crop yield and provision for protecting of soil from wind erosion. ^ 3 dwg
