PURPOSE: A search and conviction system is provided to analyze data, store required data from the analyzed data, and compress video in a digital mode by inserting the analyzed data into the video, thereby quickly searching and convicting the data. CONSTITUTION: A search and conviction system using data and digital video data includes a video data generator(20) generating an analog video signal, a data generator(21) generating data through an external equipment and a network, a search and conviction system(22) searching and convicting the data generated from the video data generator and the data generator, and a remote control system(23) monitoring and searching video and data.
