PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension device wherein the structure in the suspension device is simplified. SOLUTION: The suspension device 1 for suspending a wheel 2 from a vehicle body has: a support plate 4 for rotatably supporting the wheel 2; a suspension arm 5 having one end pivotally supported by the support plate 4 and the other end pivotally supported by the vehicle body; a hydraulic rotary actuator 7 having a chamber having a volume varied accompanying with relative displacement from a neutral position in a vehicle body vertical direction of the wheel 2 and the vehicle body; a gas spring 11 and a damping valve 12 for generating damping force to a direction inhibiting the relative displacement in the vehicle body vertical direction of the wheel 2 and the vehicle body by inhibiting the volume variation of the chamber of the hydraulic rotary actuator 7; and a hydraulic cylinder 13 for generating the force in a direction to inhibit camber variation by expanding/contracting in response to the volume variation of the chamber of the hydraulic rotary actuator 7.
