<p>The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a cellular phone case, and more particularly, to a cellular phone case and a method of manufacturing the same, wherein a boron carbide (B4C) coating layer with superior mechanical properties (wear resistance, lubricity, etc.) is deposited on a spay-coated glossy or flat surface of a base material of the cellular phone case by means of a sputtering method, thereby preventing a scratch on the surface of the cellular phone case to improve durability of the cellular phone case. To this end, a boron carbide coating layer with very low friction coefficient and thermal conductivity and high hardness is deposited by means of a sputtering method in which methane (CH4) gas is added as a reactive gas in order to improve crystallinity and adhesiveness of the boron carbide coating layer on the spray-coated glossy or flat surface of the base material of the cellular phone case.</p> |
