PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid sealing type cylindrical vibration damper in which a deformation rate of a body rubber elastic body at the input time of a large load can be limited in cushioning manner while the generation of a beat or an impact is suppressed, and which has a stopper mechanism of novel structure. SOLUTION: The fluid sealing type cylindrical vibration damper includes a stopper rubber 82 which projects from one side of an inner shaft member 12 and an outer cylindrical member 14 toward another side and which is provided in fluid sealing region 94, 96. A hard restriction board 90 is adhered to the projection tip of the stopper rubber 82. The rubber stopper 82 is turned around the front surface of the restriction board 90, and the contact rubber 100 projected to the front surface side is provided at the outer peripheral edge of the restriction board 90.
