A multifilament consisting of multiple thin filaments of 0.5 - 1.5 dTex is employed entirely in the braiding warps (1, 2) and the weaving warps (21 - 35-N) of a tape main part (A) and the ratio (b/a) between the distance (a) from the forward end of each meshing head (Eh) to the inner surface of a coupling part (Ec) and the dimension (b) of an element (E) coated with fixing yarns (11, 11) in the leg (El) direction is set in the range of 1/2-4/5 at the exposed part of each element on the meshing head side by a plurality of fixing yarns (11, 11). The fastener element is fixed stably and rigidly and a thin and flexible knitted/woven concealed slide fastener is obtained where the meshing part of fastener element arrays is not exposed to the outside even if a strong lateral pulling force is applied to the slide fastener during use.
