PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new compound having opioidμreceptor antagonistic activity. SOLUTION: This new compound having the opioidμreceptor antagonistic activity is expressed by general formula (I) [R<SP>1</SP>and R<SP>2</SP>are identical to or different from each other and each H (provided that R<SP>1</SP>and R<SP>2</SP>are not allowed to be each H at the same time), a carboxy(1-6C)alkyl, benzyl, carboxyphenyl or carboxybenzyl, or R<SP>1</SP>and R<SP>2</SP>together form a ring of phthalimide]. The compound has the opioidμreceptor antagonistic activity and is useful as an agent for preventing and/or treating an adverse effect of an opioidμreceptor agonist, sudden constipation, postoperative ileus, paralytic ileus, irritable bowel syndrome, or chronic pruritus.
