PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flame-retardant resin composition which has no deterioration of a resin by hydrolysis even in a severe environment at high temperature and high humidity and maintains excellent performance as an elastomer. SOLUTION: The polyamide composition comprises 100 parts wt. of a polyamide-based elastomer composed of≥50 wt.% of a polyether amide-based elastomer (X) and 5-40 parts wt. of a flame retardant. The polyether amide-based elastomer (X) is a polymer obtained by polymerizing a triblock polyether diamine compound (A) represented by formula (1) (x and z are each 1-20; y is 4-50) with a polyamide-forming monomer (B) and a dicarboxylic acid compound (C).
