<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the follow-up management of a product even if the product is transferred between a plurality of owners, while protecting the privacy of the product owner. <P>SOLUTION: In transfer registration, a U0 registers the transfer of the ownership of a P from the U0 to a U1 into an attribute authentication device. The attribute authentication device issues a one-side agreement attribute certificate U_AC0 certificating that the U0 agrees the transfer of the ownership of the P from the U0 to the U1, and registers it into a repository. The U_AC0 is encrypted by a public key PK0 of the U0, a public key PK1 of the U1 and a public key PKs of an SA such that only the U0, U1 and specific SA can refer to attribute information. Thereafter, an attribute authentication organization registers the U_AC0 into the repository.
