<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the drain potential of an output transistor (TR) which functions as a constant current source constant even during a sampling period of another circuit, to suppress the change in the leakage of a gate potential of the output TR, to obtain a uniform current source free of the variation in the current value of an output stage, and to display a high-grade image which does not give rise to luminance unevenness toward a scan end section. <P>SOLUTION: The TRs of a polarity reverse from the polarity of TFTs 121 (-1 to -n) and 122 (-1 to -n) as sampling TRs are used for TFTs 125 (-1 to -n) and 126-1 (-1 to -n) as switching TRs of cascade connected sampling circuits in point sequential current sample hold circuits 1031 (-1 to -n). As a result, the change in the drain voltage by gate coupling in sampling is suppressed and the leak current during the holding time is suppressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
