PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a user have troublesome operation each time in finishing filling hot water because he should push a reset switch provided on a remote control for resetting operation. SOLUTION: This hot water supply device comprises a water quantity control valve 19 for controlling the quantity of water flowing in a hot water supply passage 10, a hot water filling means 26 for filling hot water with a set quantity of water, a forcible hot water filling stopping means 40 for fully closing the water quantity control valve 19 after finishing filling the hot water to stop filling the hot water, and a forcible water quantity opening means 29 for opening the water quantity control valve 19 after stopping filling the hot water to cancel forcible hot water filling stopping activity.
