The device with electroceramic has the element made of electroceramic (1),elements made conducting energies,elements made conducting energies are connected with the element made of electroceramic. The device with electroceramic is in a frame (2). Constructive features of the claimed invention give opportunity of effective use of elements made of electroceramic. The claimed invention is simple in construction, comfortable and economical in use and doesn't take much to be prepared for the work.
