PURPOSE: Provided is a container made of a cardboard for accommodating aquatic products, which is foldable and easily stored and transported. CONSTITUTION: The container includes rectangular shape of upper and lower casings(A,B) each having a pair of long sides(3) and a pair of short sides(2) both sides being bent from a bottom plate(1). The short side has a foldable plate(21,21') folded along a folding line. Locking portions(22) are provided at both lower ends of the foldable plate. The short sides and the bottom plate are formed with locking holes(25,25') receiving the locking portions of the foldable plate. The long side has a triangular adhesive portion divided by a folding ling at both ends thereof. The foldable plate is attached to the adhesive portion.
