PURPOSE:To quickly generate a schedule by setting conditions and attributes and generating a numerical model based on attribute values to which set conditions are set. CONSTITUTION:A condition setting part 11 sets restriction conditions and target conditions on schedule execution in relation to elements of a schedule matrix. An attribute describing part 12 sets attribute values corresponding to elements of the schedule matrix; and when an operator describes the constitution of the schedule matrix and the attribute of each mechanism, data based on this description is transferred to a numerical model generating mechanism 13. The mechanism 13 generates an energy function for each condition pattern based on set attribute values and generates an overall energy function from respective energy functions. Elements of the generated energy function are obtained, and the numerical model is generated from these elements. When a numerical model 15 is inputted, a schedule generating mechanism 14 obtains elements of a corresponding schedule matrix. |
