PURPOSE: A mobile information service used through a mobile communication link is provided to actually enhance usability and user's experience of a mobile communication service by automatically pushing information to a mobile communication device of a user based on presence and state data of the user, and caching it on the mobile communication device until the user actually requests the information. CONSTITUTION: Total user preference data used to develop a profile is developed(210). Lenses are constructed by using various programming languages and tools(220). More than one proper lens is selected/used to display data to the user(230). If the proper lens is selected, the lenses are provided to the user(240). The proper data having the proper lens is displayed(250).
