PURPOSE: A motor pulley of a washing machine and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to cut down the manufacturing cost by forming the first member and the second member with pressing, assembling the first and second members and bending or injection-molding the cooling blade. CONSTITUTION: A motor pulley(10) of a washing machine is composed of a first member(11) and a second member(12) formed by pressing the metal sheet and contacted to each other in the center and composed of belt grooves for fitting the belt; plural assembling projections(15a,15b) extended and expanded to penetrate the first member and the second member and to assemble the center of the first member with the center of the second member; and plural cooling blades(18) integrally formed in the outer periphery of the first member. |
