摘要 PURPOSE: A human lumbar model structure and an assembling method thereof are provided to obtain the stable pressure change characteristic in a stopped loading test and to stably measure an applied pressure change on a nucleus pulposus. CONSTITUTION: A human lumbar model structure(10) contains a cylindrical lumbar assembly, an abdomen/back muscular member(19) and a pressure sensor(21). The cylindrical lumbar assembly comprises an upper body member(17), an upper lumber member(11), an annulus fibrosus member(13), a lower lumbar member(14) and a lower body member(18) to be arranged around a common center shaft and overlapped from the top to the bottom sequentially and vertically. The abdomen/back muscular member has an upper and a lower cylindrical portions to be fitted to a first lower part(112) of the upper body member and a second upper part(142) of the lower body member by producing with an elastic member to tighten an abdomen/back muscle by spreading form a first shoulder portion(173) of the upper body member to a second shoulder portion(183) of the lower body member and by shielding the lumbar assembly. The abdomen/back muscular member has smaller external diameters(D2,D3) than a first diameter(D1) and a fourth diameter(D4) when any vertical loading is not applied to the lumbar model structure. The pressure sensor detects a pressure change of fluid inside the fibrosus member by arranging through the center shaft of the lower lumbar member. The lower lumbar member is directly contacted to the fluid such as a nucleus pulposus.
