PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely measure the wide concentration range of a specimen on the basis of one linear calibration curve in the measurement of a lysate reagent reactive substance using a Kinetic method. SOLUTION: In the measurement of a lysate reagent reactive substance using a Kinetic method, the linear calibration curve is obtained using a Logit analyzing method as an analyzing method for the formation of the calibration curve.
