摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent the electroendosmosis without being accompanied by a reduction in get strength and other physical property changes by cationizing a neutral polysaccharide, and mixing the resulting derivative to agarose in a specified ratio. CONSTITUTION:An equipotential electrophoretic agarose is formed by mixing a derivative (cationized polymer) obtained by cationizing a neutral polysaccharide to agarose in an amount of 0.01-20 parts by weight. Namely, the cationized polymer of the neutral polysaccharide such as roasted beam gum, tara gum, gua gum, tamarin gum, pullulan, dexitran, starch, cellulose or the like is added. Thus, the agarose from which electroendosmosis is eliminated can be obtained, different from the case of adding a neutral gummy matter. The cationized polymer to be mixed is set to such a small quantity as 0.01-20 parts by weight, whereby the electroendosmosis can be eliminated without aggregating the dissolution because of the viscosity of the gummy matter, or lowering the gel strength.
