PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the large amount of adjustment of a center-to-center distance of sizing rollers. SOLUTION: The center-to-center distance of the sizing rollers 4, 5 is adjusted by making a pair of roller shafts 2, 3 on which the sizing rollers 4, 5 are respectively provided so as to be integrally rotatable and making torque from a driving motor transmittable to each roller shaft with a driving/transmitting mechanism 6. The driving/transmitting mechanism is provided with an input shaft 8, a driving gear 9 which is provided on the input shaft, a first transmitting gear 10 which is engaged with the driving gear 9, a second transmitting gear 11 which is engaged with the transmitting gear 10 and inner gears which are provided on the head of each roller shaft and engaged with the internal teeth of each transmitting gear. An inside hole is made on the first and the second transmitting gears and the internal teeth are formed on the inside hole and each inner gear is engaged with the internal teeth in the eccentric position in the inside hole.
