PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create an activation solution for commercial network services.

SOLUTION: A computer readable code creates the activation solution for the commercial network services. The activation solution includes a code which activates a specific commercial network service in accordance with the commercial network service specifications and accesses a plurality of building block archive files. The building block archive file contains information on plug-in components, compound task components, a work flow components or the like, and is associated with sub-solution to the commercial network services. The selected building block archive files can be combined in order to create the commercial network services.
