<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration generating device which can properly generate vibration by its simple, inexpensive constitution and a controller for games using the device. <P>SOLUTION: The device has magnetic vibrators 5 and 16, elastic members 6 and 18 which support the vibrators vibratably, and coils 8 and 9 which can vibrate the vibrators 5 and 16 in the vibration direction by making magnetic force in the vibration direction act on the vibrators 5 and 16.
