<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify entire configuration even if tendencies for making multiaxial, increasing speed, and making precise are developed, and to dispense with creating a special program. <P>SOLUTION: Equipment is connected to supervisors 20a, 20b for outputting basic command data including at least groups of element instructions that are the set of element instructions for operating pieces of electric equipment a-f by a basic pattern, and selection information for indicating a pattern successively selecting one of the groups of element instructions, and the front stages of the pieces of electric equipment a-f.
