PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film for heat-shrinkable packaging which is excellent in solvent bonding properties and has enough solvent bonding properties even if an antistatic coating film is applied by an in-line coating method. SOLUTION: A multi-layer film for heat-shrinkable packaging is characterized by comprising a core layer and surface layers arranged on both faces thereof, obtaining the surface layers by compounding a specified polyester A and a specified polyester B in such a way that ethylene terephthalate units exceed 80 mol% to the total amounts of these polyesters and melt-extruding them, and having a plane orientation factor measured by an Abbe method of 0.010-0.060.
