PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an early shutting off from occurring at the time of a re-boiling heating control. SOLUTION: This electric pot is equipped with an internal container, a heating means which heats water in the internal container, and a temperature sensor which detects the temperature of the water in the internal container. The electric pot is also equipped with a heating control means which hot keeps the water in the internal container at a specified temperature after performing a hot water boiling by heating to boil the water in the internal container, and at the same time, heats to boil the water in the internal container again with the boiling detected temperature at the time of the hot water boiling as a reference under the hot keeping state. In the electric pot, the boiling judgement temperature at the time of the re-boiling heating under the hot keeping state after that is changed (S8) in response to the high/low value of the boiling detected temperature at the time of the hot water boiling (S7), and the early shutting off is prevented from occurring.
