PURPOSE: A condensate discharge structure of a rear seat air conditioning unit for a vehicle is provided to keep the environment of the room of the vehicle delightful by making condensate discharged to the outside of the vehicle through a condensate discharge pipe without inflow into a ventilation duct. CONSTITUTION: A condensate discharge structure of a rear seat air conditioning unit for a vehicle includes an evaporator(1); a case(2) in which the evaporator is mounted; a first condensate discharge pipe(3) mounted to the case; and a ventilation duct(4) communicating with the case. The ventilation duct has an auxiliary condensate collection part(5) protruded to the inside with predetermined length in circumferential direction and bent upward. The auxiliary condensate collection part communicates with the first condensate discharge pipe by a second condensate discharge pipe(6).
