<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the amount of remaining raw materials when assorting members from the raw materials. <P>SOLUTION: A determination is made as to whether or not there is an unallocated member (S31); if so, the next member to be allocated is selected (S32). Next, a determination is made as to whether there is an unevaluated candidate raw material to which another member is allocated (S33); if so, the next candidate raw material to which another member is allocated is selected (S34) and an evaluation on the appropriateness of the member to which another member is allocated is made (S35). When there is no unevaluated candidate raw material to which another member is allocated, the member to which another member is allocated is determined (S36).
